JOB DESCRIPTION
FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 40 sales companies, more than 3.400 employees worldwide and 18 production sites, is looking for an: IT Technician
The successful candidate will be part of TIBA,LLC, the FAAC Group Business Unit that develops, produces and distributes the most advanced, flexible and reliable parking solutions. Specifically, within the IT Department, you will work with an amazing team of colleagues!
What we expect of you:
● Supports install projects to help ensure they are delivered on budget and on schedule.● Setup servers and network devices in accordance with the system design and RFP requirements. ● Work with IT/DEV team to ensure the latest technology is researched, tested, and integrated. ● Assist with PCI Level security remediation on preexisting server systems.
Required skills for this position:
● Strong knowledge of server and network hardware/software. ● Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design. ● Strong knowledge of redundant IT system installation.● Understanding of basic software programs.● Knowledge of basic IT laws and license requirements.● 4 year degree in computer related filed preferred.● Travel required. ● Excellent communication skills.● Accurate and detail oriented.● Well organized.● Problem solving abilities.● Strong sense of urgency.
