JOB DESCRIPTION
FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 40 sales companies, more than 3.400 employees worldwide and 18 production sites, is looking for an: Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator
The successful candidate will be part of TIBA,LLC, the FAAC Group Business Unit that develops, produces and distributes the most advanced, flexible and reliable parking solutions. Specifically, within the Finance Department, you will work with an amazing team of colleagues!
What we expect of you:
● Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices● Address and respond to vendor inquiries● Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies● Perform data entry associated with accounts payable● Assist Accounting Staff and Auditors● Process daily customer billings and post customer payments● Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices.● Assist in the collection efforts of assigned accounts
Required skills for this position:
● Detail Oriented● Experience in an accounts payable role● Utilizes Excel regularly● Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change● Self-motivated attitude, pro-active and excellent problem-solving skills● Ability to perform a high volume of detailed work with speed and accuracy.● Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.● Good working knowledge of basic accounting principles
